Originally dubbed “ASMR 2.0”, the project skillfully blends an innovative interpretation of Ovid and Ono No Komachi’s timeless poetry (performed in Japanese by Eriko Toyoda aka SO) with Oval’s electro-acoustic compositions, post-digital soundscapes, and ambitious vocal processing. The intricate whispered vocalizations evoke the immersive quality and intimacy of ASMR, while Markus’s latest hypnotic Oval sound, combined with Vlatka and Eriko's interwoven electronic performances, creates a sophisticated, intimate dialogue.
