American born vocalist and musician, Joy Tyson has been in the music game for over 10 years. Spanning various styles of music and vocal applications constantly integrating new information into her style. Growing up in Florida on 90s hip hop, Rap and House music, and eventually evolving into an eclectic mix of traditional music modalities, nostalgia from the 80s and 90s as well as more avant guard and conceptualized music. Drawing inspiration from the vocal divas of the 70s, 80s and 90s, Joy embodies the art of story telling through songwriting and performance. After Moving to Berlin in 2016, she began exploring the electronic music scene and discovering a community of producers and artist that she has since been collaborating with.  She fronted two bands from 2013–2020 (Farafi, Piranha) and Shishko Disco, booth having toured extensively in asia and Europe.
