BEREND INTELMANN
Berend Intelmann started his music career in Hamburg as a drummer for bands like Hallelujah Ding Dong Happy Happy and OoF!. In 1997, he co-founded the band Paula and remained a member until 2005. He continued as a producer and songwriter for the band. As Berend, he released a solo album in 2001 and led a band project in 2005. He was also part of the group Guther between 2003 and 2006. Intelmann has produced various artists including Jens Friebe, Fotos, Naima Husseini, MissinCat, and Spoon and the forkestra. He created the soundtrack to the documentary “Los Cuatro Vientos”. It features unfolkloric instruments, electronic pulses, and arpeggios, creating beautiful, emotional songs. He is also working on several soundtracks for Netflix series and movies alongside Grammy nominee Philipp Johann Thimm.
